All teams visiting from outside the Phoenix Metro area are required to stay at the Arizona Grand Resort, the Official Resort Hotel for the 2009 Tournament of Champions. Families and fans are also invited to take advantage of the Resort's highly discounted rates for the event.
Located on 164 acres at the base of the South Mountain Preserve in Phoenix, the Arizona Grand is AAA's only Four-Diamond Preferred All-Suite Resort. Each newly remodeled guest room is a 540 square foot suite with separate living and sleeping rooms that accommodates up to four players.
The Resort recently completed a $52-million improvement which, in addition to all new guest rooms, includes 100 new Villas and a new lobby, restaurant, marketplace, and bar.
There are three restaurants and a coffee and gelato bar on property; for recreation, guests have access to the Arizona Grand Golf Course; the Arizona Grand Spa and Salon; the 20,000 square foot Arizona Grand Fitness Center; and the 20-acre Oasis Water Park, one of America's largest resort water parks and one of the Travel Channel's "Top 10" in the United States.
The rate exclusively for Tournament of Champions participants, families, and fans is $99 per night*. This rate is up to 57% off the lowest rates offered to the general public during the same time period.
To take advantage of this exclusive offer, please download the Arizona Grand reservations form and return it to the Resort by fax. As always, space is limited and the Grand will sell out completely for the event.
*$99 rate is for participants and spectators attending the Tournament of Champions only. Rate does not include taxes, housekeeping gratuity, or an $8 Resort Services Fee (normally $30). Rate includes daily admission to the Oasis Water Park and the Fitness Center for up to 4 guests per room.
